Linda and her husband Andy Blanzy work together to provide a high level of service to clients looking to buy, sell, or build residential properties in Fort Wayne, Columbia City & Churubusco, and surrounding areas. Linda's passion in real estate revolves around focusing on a buyer's needs to find the perfect home. She also has a talent for decorating and staging homes. Andy loves working with lake and country properties, having lived in and enjoyed them all of his life.
Linda is a graduate of Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne as well as Ivy Tech State College. She received her real estate training at the Indiana Real Estate Academy. Lots of area women know her from her ownership of Curves (fitness center for women) in Fort Wayne and Churubusco from 2000 to the present. In her past career, Linda owned and/or managed restaurants for 25 years. She owned and operated the popular Pirate's Cove Restaurant on Shriner Lake (Tri-Lakes) in Columbia City. She also worked at the Fort Wayne Country Club and Cafe Janelle's. Linda also worked in massage therapy for 6 years in the past.
Andy is a graduate of Chippewa Hills High School in Remus, Michigan as well as Ivy Tech State College, earning a degree in Industrial Technology. He received his real estate training at the Indiana Real Estate Academy. Andy served in the United States Navy from 1979-1985. He has worked on oil rigs, as a machinist, and in tool & die facilities. Andy has helped Linda operate Curves.
Linda's hobbies and interests include gardening, horses, reading, and cooking. She loves to spend time with her grandchildren, family & friends, and her dogs. Her and Andy enjoy living on the lake and traveling together.
Andy's hobbies and interests include sports, music, movies, dogs, horses, history, and traveling with his wife. He and Linda enjoy spending time with friends and family as much as possible. They love spending time around the water and that has led them to now live on a lake.
Linda and Andy have lived in Allen, Whitley, Noble, and Dekalb Counties. They currently live lakefront on Shriner Lake at 1955 Bair Road, Columbia City.
